Last Friday we released our most recent update – version 0.10.1.

This update included:

  • Revamped exercises including audio directions and newer, better animations (with the ability to turn off sound and still follow prompts)
  • New 5 Finger breathing – a great option for younger students to find the benefit of breathing exercises.
  • New Eye trace exercise – another tool to help you fight screen fatigue.
  • Improved access to Groups, so you can see all the recent activity at once and encourage it.
